Ensure real-time email verification for responses collected through Google Forms with NeverBounce. This integration automatically checks email validity and updates your Google Forms Responses Sheet, reducing invalid entries and improving data accuracy.

When a new response is submitted in Google Forms, the entered email address is verified by NeverBounce. The validation result—valid, invalid, disposable, catch-all, or unknown—is then added to your Google Sheets in a custom column.

Note: You may need to create a new column inside the Google Form Responses Sheet to store the validation result. We recommend keeping NeverBounceValidationResult as the column header.

  1. A new Google Forms response is recorded

  3. Zapier updates the existing Google Sheets row with NeverBounce result code in a custom column
